Welcome From Our Pastors
 

Welcome to our web site and thank you for exploring First United Methodist Church of Waukesha.
 
We are a downtown church in an historic building, renovated in 1998 after a deliberate decision to remain in ministry in this location. We offer a full range of ministry: worship (traditional, blended, contemporary); Christian education (all ages); social action; music (vocal/instrumental/bell); mission (inner city Milwaukee to international); health (blood pressure checks/shots/info); youth (6-8, 9-12); senior adults (fellowship activities).
Established before Wisconsin statehood, our congregation has a proud record of service to our community. Our facility houses Little Learners Preschool, several AA groups, Boy Scouts, Adaptive Community Approach Program (for developmentally-disabled adults), several community choral groups, an Obsessive Compulsive Disorder group, etc. In addition we offer activities for a wide range of interests: bridge, knitting/crocheting, biking, quilting, baseball, prayer, volleyball, gourmet cooking, and fellowship.
